Funding Searches, Applications & Property Upgrades

We helped our client secure a £50,000 grant to transform Watergate Fishing Lake by adding five luxury glamping pods with concrete bases. This upgrade enhances the site, previously limited to tents, creating a family-friendly escape. Despite being based in Dubai, our client is using this project as part of his retirement plan — a perfect example of how our grant services can turn ambitious ideas into reality.

In memory of his son Harvey, Michael McWilliams founded the The Harvey McWilliams Foundation in 2022 to provide football equipment to families in need. In December 2024, Chloe Raistrick visited the foundation and discovered that the heating system was in poor condition, leaving the space cold for both visitors and volunteers. Metrick helped se cure £2000 to upgrade the foundation's heating system by supplying and fitting new electric heating throughout the property. This ensured a warm and welcoming space for those who rely on their services.

We’re proud to share that Hereford FC Limited secured £30,000 in 100% funding for the installation of LED lighting! Already having secured 70% elsewhere, the club approached Metrick for support with the final 30%. After conducting tailored grant searches, a free site audit, and submitting an application, our team successfully secured the remaining funding. This upgrade has helped reduce energy costs, lower carbon emissions, and enhance the club’s sustainability — allowing Hereford FC to reinvest savings into the community and local charities.
