Bison's Bar & Grill

Project Background

Bison’s Bar and Grill was created with the vision of transforming a former tapas eatery into a steak and grill bar and restaurant. The owners wanted to launch a new dining concept that would attract customers and create a strong presence in the local food and hospitality scene. Securing start-up funding was essential to support the early stages of the business, cover initial costs and bring the restaurant concept to life.

What we did

The owner of Bison’s Bar and Grill reached out to us for support with securing start-up funding. We held an initial meeting to discuss the business idea, plans to transform the venue and the funding needed to launch the restaurant.

• Discussed the proposed steak and grill concept and start-up requirements

• Identified a suitable start up grant to support the restaurant launch

• Agreed with the client that this funding route was the most reliable option

• Gathered all relevant business, financial and project information

• Fully prepared and submitted the grant application on behalf of the client

• Liaised with the funders throughout the process

• Successfully secured £3,000 in start-up funding

• Supported the client through receiving the funds and opening the restaurant

  
  

This funding helped bring a new restaurant concept to life, adding a new food destination for the town and attracting both locals and visitors.
